Dr Ajibola Abiodun BAYODE

Dr Ajibola Abiodun BAYODE is an alumni of ACEWATER having bagged her PhD in February 2021. She is currently an academic staff member in the Department of Chemical Sciences, Redeemer’s University. Her research is tailored towards the synthesis of sustainable Semiconductors @ biomass based photocatalyst and adsorbents for the degradation and adsorption of Steroid hormones and organic micropolutants in water, which captures the SDG 6 ‘‘Clean water and sanitation’’. Her research takes a multidisciplinary approach that encompasses the fields of biology, physics, chemistry and gender. Bayode is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), a fellow of African-German Network of Excellence in Sciences (AGNES).
